Ingredients-
- 4- 6 lbs. Boneless Spiral Ham
- 4 tbsp. of ham stock paste
- 2 cups of water
- Butternut Farms Maple Horseradish Mustard
- 2 tbsp. of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. of onion powder
- 1/2 cup of Vermont Maple Syrup, preferred dark maple syrup for a deeper flavor.
Instructions-
- Combine 4 tablespoons of ham stock paste with water. Stir until it dissolves and pour into 6.5 (or larger) slow cooker.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder and maple syrup to the ham stock, stir.
- Rub Butternut Farms Maple Horseradish liberally over the entire spiral ham.
- Nestle the ham into the liquid in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours for a cooked spiral ham, 6-8 hours for an uncooked spiral ham.
- Turn ham over every couple of hours.
- For a cooked ham it must reach 140 degrees for an uncooked spiral ham it must reach 160 degrees.
